2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to all regions within Sweden.
International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 CET are processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 CET, on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The total weight of the order

  • The delivery location

  • The shipping carrier’s current rates (DHL)

5. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We ship our orders using DHL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your shipment via DHL’s tracking system.

6. Failed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Absence of the recipient

The courier may attempt a second delivery or deliver the package to a nearby pickup point.

If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the order.
