Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with Swedish and EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is received.

⚠️ Important: This right does not apply to food products, as they are exempt under health and safety regulations (see below).

Food Products – No Returns

All food and beverage products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:

  • The product is expired upon delivery

  • The customer received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged during transport

In such cases, customers must contact us at info@Beutna.se within 48 hours of receiving the order, including clear photos of the issue.

Non-Food Products

Non-food items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • It is in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at info@Beutna.se as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved (for eligible non-food items), you may place a new order separately.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
